And it begins...

Today I could easily have written 20 blog posts! So many things going on but the most fun of the day was spending an hour in a fourth grade Math class completing the first formal observation of the year. It's work - and it'll take me a couple months to get through them all but I'm excited. It feels right when I'm in classrooms watching teachers and students work!!

I am glad that you find the procedure fun. We certainly are appreciative of the detailed analysis that you provide, but I don't know that many teachers would choose "fun" as the adjective to describe being observed :-}

I have heard "terrifying" and "stressful", but that really just shows that people really care about what you think.

Personally, I love your observations, as having the boss in the house assures attentive students!

Peace,

Love it and I even though people get stressed about evaluations they enjoy having you in classrooms and the kids enjoy seeing you!
