Tonight was the ever popular PTA Fall Carnival. It was by far the most well attended event we host all year and certainly the most fun. I'm pretty sure we hit a record with size of the crowd, nearly running out of candy, prizes, and food. Aside from the first rain in 17 years it was the smoothest I can remember. I am always amazed at how everyone bands together to make these magical childhood memories happen for families.

I had the honor of escorting my three grandkids to the Carnival this year. They have moved and are no longer Chets students but surely I lived the motto tonight "Once a Creeker, always a Creeker," as they reunited with students and teachers every step of the way, as if they had never left. The Carnival was bigger and better and more organized than ever. How do we get so lucky to have the Greatest PTA on Earth!
We do have the Greatest PTA on Earth!

I have never seen any event like it at any school. When kids come back 2,3, ...5+ years after they have "graduated", you know it is a cool thing.
