Make Your Voice Heard!

Next Tuesday, our country will participate in a very special process, one that is not necessarily repeated in every country around the globe. We get to exercise our right to choose - a right guaranteed by our Constitution. Voting is one of the most sacred gifts we get as Americans. During past elections it has certainly been proven that every vote does indeed count. This year's race is significant and the results, no matter what they are, will make history. Don't miss your opportunity to participate in the democratic process - make your voice heard. You have a choice and you really can vote however you like!

"We can talk politics all night, and you can vote however you like!"

Wow! I love the energy diplayed in this video, and I have seen the same energy displayed by the kids in 5th grade at Chets. The SS teachers have done an awesome job stirring interest without influencing the kids' independent thought processes about the election (hard to do!). KS, CS, and PW need to be applauded (they don't all share the same opinion on political issues, but their kids have no clue).

Please remember that if you do not vote, you give up your right to complain for the next four years!

WORD: Vote and Vote Often ;-}

Peace,

T-Cubed Now, if I can just figure out the word scramble...

It's evident by the kids' performance in this video that they are engaged in what they have learned about the election. It takes time to do things like this, but will these kids remember it forever? Probably!

Thanks for sharing it here. I hope everyone will share it with their classes and get their kids excited about rockin' the vote when they're old enough. :)

The Lehane's have all voted! All except Chris, he has to wait a few more years. I love early voting!
My 19 year old walked in when I was watching the video. He stoppoed and watched it with me. It was GREAT! Inspirational!

Thank you for sharing this video! I absolutely love it! It is kind of sobering to hear and see children singing of politics like this... if only some adults could learn from their message of accepting other's right to their own opinion :)
