- I am the principal of Chets Creek Elementary School in Jacksonville, Florida, an America's Choice National Model School. I began my journey at Chets Creek as a Kindergarten teacher the year we opened and have worked my way throughout the past ten years into my current role as its instructional leader. I have just completed my sixth year as the principal of this exceptional learning community.

I just want to say thanks to Laurie, Ashley, and to all of the other folks at CCE that worked so hard on this.
I know that bringing this to CCE next year will really rock the hood. Still, we (my family...) had a blast walking (dancing like a geek, if you are talking about me) with friends, and we all are committed to grow this into a frenzied fiesta!
